I highly recommend Hunsn. I purchased this unit in April of 2021 and have had no issues. I performed a comprehensive search before purchasing even to the point of looking up the CPU speeds. What I discovered as a result of my search is that Hunsn does not use cheap components. Their components are actually high-quality and provided at a reasonable price. For example this unit is just as fast as comparable Lenovo Micro formats. Also the graphics card and architecture on this Hunsn is actually better (and less expensive) than the comparable Lenovo with the Nvidia chip.Their customer service is outstanding!! If you follow their instructions of submitting any special specifications when purchasing - they will respond and ensure that your computer will meet the those specifications. Their customer service lead - Elena is great!! - She will make it happen for you and go out of her way to ensure that you are satisfied. They were also very responsive at answering several technical questions that I had.It's not often that you find a computer HW OEM with great products and great service online - Hunsn is a pleasant exception. They know what they are doing and they seem to be very cognizant of the competition and what they need to deliver to stay even or slightly ahead but with quality.Highly recommend!!Funciona muy bien excepto la conexión por bluetooth con los audífonos , se pierdeThis was received within 7 days of ordering. This has a total of 512GB storage, split into 2 drives (I thought that it was a single M.2 drive). Great user experience on first boot, was setup as Admin profile, most likely a clone version of Win 10 Pro.Will be completely satisfied after the initial 30 days without issue!The item was shipped very fast, properly packaged.All the components are as described, the pc works great and I didn't have any problemswith it so far.Purchased unit in June, 2021. Arrived earlier than expected and well packaged. No hassle to start working the unit. Fans are very quiet at normal workload. The red LED when powered is a nice touch. So far I am pleased with the purchase. Will be doing some video editing shortly; will update.Gave this unit 4 stars (I never give 5). Took some points away for the shortfall in usb 3.0 ---personally I prefer 6, but that is me.Update July 2022: Worked this unit for 1 year now; no issues. Smooth Windows Updates. Video work is good. Excellent purchase.Superbe machine habillée en Alu brossé, ce Mini PC à tout d'un Grand !J'ai pris la config 32Go + 1To SSD avec une carte graphique GTX1650.Même avec un Boot complet, on a la main dans Windows au bout de 15 secondes chrono et 4 secondes après avoir entré le mot de passe (même après l'installation de plusieurs applications).Le PC est très stable et à une température de 40 / 45° en utilisation normale. On monte vers 50° si on travaille un peu plus avec, même avec des logiciels "gourmands" ou en Visio conférence.Pour le jeux (détails au Max dans Shadow of the Tomb Raider), on peux faire de longues sessions sans aucun plantage. Dans ce cas, la CPU chauffe à 65/70° et la GPU à 75/80°.Dès l'arrêt du jeu la CPU reviens très rapidement à 45/50° et la GPU à 45°.Je l'ai fait chauffer un peu plus sans plantage.L'équipe de HUNSN sera a votre écoute et réponds rapidement en ce qui concerne une customisation (par exemple, j'ai préféré garder le disque de 1 TO en use seule partition).Superbe technique, super relationnel, que demander de plus :)Je recommande !!!Branché à ma TV ,Jolie (tout en métal) pour une utilisation dans le salon. Petit discret. Arrive à lire et à modifier assez rapidement mes projets assez lourds de SketchUp pro. C'est déjà bien... Et pas de prob pour du graphisme et pour vidéos HD.Par contre il est coupant au niveau de la grille d'aération.( Je me suis blessée) et s'allume tout seul quand il veut, même eteint lol. J'ai dû le brancher sur une multiprise avec un bouton (on/off) pour le couper véritablement du secteur quand je ne m'en sers pas, m'évitant ainsi de toucher au fil pour le débrancher continuellement.
