Computer arrived intact with 53% battery life. Problem began right away when it wouldn't charge despite the screen's relating that it would automatically adjust for power supply. It didn't. Though "continue" was clicked for the automatic charging adjust issue, nothing happened and that screen display remained. Different 120v outlets to no avail and the discharge continued. The seller made good in offering a new charger along with an offer of refund so no complaint on the seller A couple of hours later or slightly more the battery rated at 1% just sitting and without operation. Among other failures was the diagnostic updates which failed repeatedly. . With the discharging and the diagnostic issues and inability to even get to the main or login window we opted to return the computer. Very surprising for Dell and disappointing. Will try again
