The laptop was received very quickly after purchasing and the packaging was decent. With the computer being refurbished, there were a few minor blemishes. Though, the functionality and overall performance is great. The computer is still very clean, regardless of the few imperfections I noticed with the new skin that was used. Other than this, the computer is in a like new condition. The start up and Windows 10 download went smoothly and the battery life holds up. I love the keyboard on this computer and it really seems like a great product. I will update my review if I run into any issues.
