Purchased this to use in my sewing room for watching helpful videos. When I got it I set it up following all the instructions. When I opened it the second time it said it needed to be updated, which I did. Then the screen went black and wouldn’t come on. Went to the website and although I would have rather talked to a live/real person I found the fix which was easy to follow. Have had no problem since.
